Founded in West Bengal, Educa Foundation is an education nonprofit dedicated to first-generation learners across West Bengal. Our five-step learning cycle — access, mentorship, foundational literacy, digital fluency and livelihoods — is delivered in partnership with government schools, community classrooms, donor partners and a network of trained volunteers. We measure success in retention, reading levels and first jobs, and publish our progress openly so partners can fund what works. Educa welcomes 80G donation partnerships, individual donors and skilled volunteers who want to help close the learning gap.
