Yes. Educa Foundation is registered under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, so [[दान]] made by Indian taxpayers qualify for a deduction.

How do I receive my 80G receipt?

After your [[दान]] is confirmed, we email a numbered 80G receipt to the address you provide within 5-7 working days. Please share the payment screenshot or transaction ID if you donated via UPI or WhatsApp.

Can a company or [[विश्वास]] claim the 80G benefit?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Companies, trusts, partnership firms and Hindu Undivided [[परिवार]] (HUFs) can all claim 80G deductions using the same receipt, subject to their own tax structure.

What details do you need to issue the receipt?

We need the donor's full name, PAN, email and mobile number. For corporate [[दाता]] we also include the registered name and billing address on the receipt.

How long does it take to receive the receipt?

Online [[दान]] are typically receipted within 5-7 working days. If you need it urgently, mention it on the donation form or WhatsApp and we will prioritise it.

Will I get updates on how my [[दान]] is used?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Sponsors and programme [[साझेदार]] receive quarterly updates covering attendance, academic progress, retention and fund utilisation.

Is there a minimum donation amount?

No. Any amount helps — even ₹500 covers a term of learning kits for one child. You can also set up a recurring monthly contribution starting at ₹1,000.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), NEFT/IMPS bank transfer, credit and debit cards, net banking, and cheque. Corporate CSR donors can transfer via RTGS with a signed MoU.

Can I set up a recurring monthly donation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Choose 'Sponsor a learner' on the donation form or message us on WhatsApp — we'll set up a UPI AutoPay or NACH mandate so your contribution renews automatically each month.

Can I restrict my donation to a specific programme or school?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Mention the programme (scholarships, learning kits, mentoring, digital learning, wellbeing, career readiness) or the school cluster on the donation form. We ring-fence restricted funds and report separately on utilisation.

Can NRIs or foreign donors contribute?

Accepted Answer

NRIs holding an Indian PAN can donate via UPI or NEFT and claim 80G. Foreign nationals and overseas entities require FCRA clearance — please email info@educafoundation.org before transferring so we can share the correct account details.

Can I donate anonymously?

Accepted Answer

Yes, though we still need your PAN and contact details to issue the 80G receipt and stay compliant with income-tax rules. We will not publish your name in any donor list or annual report if you request anonymity.
